Refund policy
Last updated September 15, 2026
The short version: for a lesson that never happened or fell apart, we give the minutes back. For one that went fine, we don’t. The detail is below, with no small print.
What we refund
A lesson that fell apart. Your tutor froze, stopped answering, or the lesson cut out through no fault of yours — the minutes come back. Write to us and we’ll check it against the lesson’s timing.
A lesson that never happened. Minutes were taken and no lesson took place — we refund them.
A lesson that went fine cannot be refunded: the service was delivered. That includes lessons you simply didn’t enjoy — but write anyway, we want to know what went wrong.
Unused minutes are not refunded when you delete the account yourself. If we close the account through no fault of yours, we refund them.
Your right to withdraw
If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days, without giving a reason. It overrides everything above.
That right has an exception, written into the law and into Paddle’s terms: it falls away once you have started using what you bought, having agreed at checkout to get access straight away. In plain terms — as long as the minutes are untouched, you can withdraw.
Some countries have their own periods: Paddle names seven days for Korea, Brazil and Canada and five for Singapore, and outside the mandatory periods it refunds at its own discretion within fourteen days of the purchase. If your own law gives you more than is described here, your law applies, not us.
How to ask
Write to us: what you bought, when, and what went wrong. The order number from Paddle’s email speeds things up, but we can find it from your email address without it.
The money is returned by Paddle: they took the payment, so the refund comes back the way you paid, on their timetable.
You can also go to Paddle directly — the link is in your purchase email. We will hear about it and won’t argue.
